Hard-Shelled Gourd: 9”x8”

The ginkgo leaves are wood burned and colored with metallic ink dyes/ the body of the gourd is colored with leather dye and archival ink dyes/ the rim is woven with long leaf pine needles that have been treated with glycerin/ embellished with a donut shaped stone cabochon/the inside has hardened beeswax for extra stability and then lined with mulberry paper.
