Hard-Shelled Gourd: 8”x9”

The ginkgo leaves were wood burned and dyed with metallic ink dyes/ the body of the gourd is dyed with leather dye and metallic ink dyes/ the rim is woven with Danish cord and beads/ it is embellished with a silver metal ginkgo leaf/ the inside has hardened beeswax for extra stability and then lined with mulberry paper.
